Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms:

General

❅Please keep in mind the time zone differences may affect the response speed.❅ I have the right to refuse or decline a commission for any reason.❅COMMISSIONS MAY BE STREAMED Please notify me if you want to keep it private.❅Please make sure your commission request is in compliance with the T.O.S of the platform you wish to use it on. I am not responsible for your commission being denied by the platform you wish to use it on.❅Do not alter the commission without my permission/consent.❅Commissions are for non-commercial/personal use only unless otherwise requested before the commission starts. Emotes, panels, fugis (reactive pngs/gifs), and overlays may be used for twitch/discord. However, creating merch with any commissioned work will require a commercial fee.

Rights and Usages

❅As the artist, I maintain all rights to completed work.❅You maintain the rights to your original character and design. I will not reproduce or sell any part of your original design.❅I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio.❅You are not allowed to claim or imply that my art is yours or made by you. If you post my art anywhere, you must visibly credit me.❅Do not resell any of my work unless given express permission. Using my work for profit is prohibited unless commercial fees are included.❅I will not resell any commissioned art unless the client breaks any of the terms.❅You do not have permission to mint an NFT of any commissioned work❅You do not have permission to use samples nor incomplete WIP updates as uploads or completed work

Process

❅Fill out the applications form❅Please provide as detailed of a description and any references in the form as possible.❅If your application is accepted, we will discuss the details and I can give you a quote.❅Commission completion time may vary based on complexity of the piece, health issues, or complications. However I will inform you of any specific delays.❅When I am ready to start on your commission, I'll send you an invoice through PayPal to the email you provide. The invoice must be paid before I send the completed files.❅When your commission is completed and the invoice is payed, I'll send you the files through the same email you provided.

Payment

❅Currency will be in USD❅I take payments through PayPal invoice. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction.❅Before sending any payment please message me first.❅I can change the price offer depending on the difficulty level of the your request and/or character design before payment is made.❅For rush commissions, please let me know beforehand and we would discuss the details. Additional fee of 50% of base price will be charged.❅Discuss with me if you plan on making merch out of your commission so we can discuss commercial rights.

Revisions

❅At every major stage (finished sketch, lineart, and basic coloring), I will send a sample. If you have any changes or revisions at these points, please let me know.❅If for any reason there needs to be additional revisions after the commission is completed, please contact me.❅Please be specific about any and all revision requests.❅Changes I won't do after completion:
<sup>- Major pose changes
- Any design changes that aren't minor
- Redoing coloring (minor changes okay)</sup>❅If you have questions on if something can be changed, please feel free to ask

Refund Policy

❅If you decide you don't want the commission anymore, you may be able to receive a partial refund dependent on how far in progress the commission is at time of refund request. ie: If the commission is half done, you may receive half back.❅Once commission is done, you may not request a refund.❅In the event of a charge back, you will be banned from commissioning me ever again and you foreit all rights to use any commissioned work. I reserve the right to sell any work that has been charged back as I see fit.
